As of 19th of April 2018, Pretec AS has bought 100% of the shares in Visinor Import AS. The company will continue to operate and have warehouse in Kristiansand until fall 2018
Future warehouse will be moved to Pretec` warehouse in Sarpsborg.
Visinor AS – by CEO Patrik B Olsen states that they are selling out of the import/sales company because this is no longer a part of the core business in the company.
Visinor Group will be driven with increased focus on other parts of the business related to rock securing and concrete rehabilitation.
Pretec AS, by CEO Nina Pettersen, informs that Visinor Import will suit well in Pretec` existing business portfolio. Visinor Import AS will within short time be fusioned in to Pretec AS.
Edmund Knut Ness, former CEO of Visinor Import will continue his career in Pretec AS and is looking forward to an exciting development in Pretec AS.
